When will services be carried out, and are there free callouts?
At Think Compliance, we aim to carry out all services within one to two weeks of booking. While we don’t offer free callouts in the traditional sense, we’re happy to attend a property or site to provide a free, no-obligation quote if needed. Our pricing covers the inspection process for residential compliance checks and HVAC servicing. If any rectification work is required, we will provide a separate quote. No work proceeds without your approval, ensuring complete transparency.
